| Background | C-X-C motif chemokine 13 encoded by the CXCL13 gene located on human chromosome 4 is constitutively expressed in secondary lymphoid organs. It is also known as B lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC). As its name suggests, CXCL13 is selectively chemotactic for B cells belonging to both the B-1 and B-2 subsets, and elicits its effects by interacting with chemokine receptor CXCR5. It and its receptor CXCR5 control the organization of B cells within follicles of lymphoid tissues. Recombinant human CXCL13 is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 87 amino acids and mature human BCA-1 shares 64% amino acid sequence similarity with the murine protein and 23–34% amino acid sequence identity with other known CXC chemokines. |

保存條件:
-20℃或更低溫度保存，至少一年有效。由于蛋白的每次凍融均會(huì)引起部分失活，所以首次配制成相應(yīng)濃度的儲(chǔ)存液后(請根據(jù)產(chǎn)品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲(chǔ)存液)，須分裝后-20℃或更低溫度凍存，以避免反復(fù)凍融。
注意事項(xiàng):
由于有些塑料管壁對某些蛋白有較強(qiáng)的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預(yù)先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，使細(xì)胞因子或重組蛋白不會(huì)粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產(chǎn)品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲(chǔ)存液。
